I am not a doctor. But my second child was born with some health issues and his doctor, along with specialist told me to put him on a vegan diet. Only once in a blue moon we cheat to have seafood. He never has had any milk in his life. He is now 6 yrs old beyond average height, extremely athletic and is doing great. My first born who had meat and milk as a baby did get the normal colds and such but when she switched to vegan. No longer ever gets cold neither of my children has missed school because of getting sick. They don’t get sick. I am following what a doctor recommends and if people do it like us than the kids thrive.
